Abstracts submission Guidelines

Abstract registration

  • The abstract must be registered in the Make Submission website space.
  • On this site you will receive notifications of your abstract, plus you will have the opportunity to modify the document prior to your evaluation, as many times as you consider necessary.
  • Once your summary is sent, you will receive an ID number (identification). Please take note of your identification in case you need a later modification of your document. The summary will be evaluated by the reviewers who will send their opinion stating their viability to participate in the Congress in poster format or oral communication.
  • Once your abstract has been accepted, you must attach as a portable document file (PDF) in the Upload File the final version. Any typo error will not be corrected. Your abstract will be presented exactly as your PDF document has been sent.

Abstract format (publication in memories)

  • The abstract should be English written, in word format, in Times News Roman 12 and composed of the following parts:
  • Title: in bold and capital letters (except scientific names that should be presented in scientific notation);
  • Authors: Complete name in italic letter (Ej. Camila Andrea Hernández, Diego Fernando Fajardo, Diana Oliveira)
  • Affiliation: Please indicate the affiliation of each author by numbers.
  • The Body of abstract must have up to 300 words and containing (without subheadings and references) introduction, description of the methods, results and discussion and conclusions.
  • Ethical approval: results related to study in animals or humans MUST indicate the ethical committee responsible for the approval and present the number of the protocol/project approved.
  • Financial Support and acknowledgements may be presented, when applicable.
  • References must be cited in the text by numbers in square brackets.

Oral and Poster communications

After  abstracts be submitted by the participant, the Scientific Comitee will evaluate the quality of the proposal and decide if the proyect should be presented as oral omunication or as a  poster.Selected oral comunications will take place during the student sessions of the Congress. Poster presentations will be done at poster sessions. Comitee´s decision will take in consideration the quality of the research in order to support young researchers in the Pharmacometric Area.

Results will be notified to students on september.

Abstracs Submission deadline (New deadline)

Deadline will be on September 10th  of 2018 at 23:59 (GMT-5). Mexico City.
